As a grape traditionally reserved for more temperate regions, Merlot represents a relatively small portion of our vineyard plantings. Often used as part of our red blend, Merlot is only bottled on its own in ideal vintages. The warm fall and timely rain in 2008 provided perfect ripening conditions to create a beautiful stand alone Merlot.
