Noble Select Riesling Josef Vineyard 2010

The peak of ripeness in a warm year with a long fall, the 2010 botrytis picks from our Josef Vineyard were stunningly weighty. The Noble Select dessert wine from these picks shows a beautiful nose with honeyed citrus and lychee. Intense, mouth-coating flavors of clover honey and apricot extend to a finish of layered pine sap and allspice.

This wine will cellar for decades. To enjoy it before the 2050s, open with triple cream cheeses, foie gras, or an creamy chocolate dessert.
