A cool growing season and extended harvest in 2013 combine to form a ripe, yet surprisingly delicate Noble Select wine from our Josef Vineyard. Notes of mandarin blossom and bay leaf show at first blush, while crisp acidities dominate the early palate. Only after a few sips do the butterscotch weight and ripe apricot preserve notes we associate with our Noble Select Josefs begin to take shape.
This wine will cellar for decades. To enjoy it before the 2040s, try it with creamy homemade icecreams, pecan pie, and a decadent cheese board.TESTING
