    The Field Cuvée brings together the unique blend of red varietals that we farm. This balance, well-structured table wine shows mellow tannins and ripe fruit ahead of a peppery finish. It is a great everyday wine and a wonderful compliment to heartier dishes.

    Varietal Composition: 45% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Pinot Noir, 5% Lemberger

  • Frost Cuvée 2013

    The Frost Cuvee is a smooth, off-dry blend of five white varietals (Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gruner Veltliner) and early pick Pinot Noir. Its light, floral aroma makes way for a zesty citrus and pear body that finishes with a hint of spice.  As elegant as it is approachable, the Frost can accompany you to summer beaches and Thanksgiving feasts with the same welcome ease.

    Food pairing: Full spice dishes, Asian and Mexican cuisine, BBQ
