This classic but style sparkling wine is composed of even parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Approachable yet very complex and elegant. The palate’s initial impression is of red fruits which then turns into crisp citrus and honey notes. The finish is crisp and clean.

An early harvest date guaranteed the exceptional flavors and structure found in this refreshingly crisp classic sparkler. Specially selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes blend beautifully together to create the base wine for this Cuvee Brut. Using the traditional method, each bottle was aged on the lees for a year and a half and hand riddled, resulting in a luxurious sparkling wine with depth and character. This labor intensive process ensures a rich and complex palate with delicate bubbles.

    Blanc de Noir (2006)

    New Release!

A sparkling Pinot Noir with a glorious expression of classic Champagne flavors of strawberry and raspberry with citrus aromas on the nose. On the palate there is exotic maturity supported by a harmonious structure.

Patience and foresight are required to capture the essence of a vintage in a great sparkling wine. Set down in 2006, this sparkling Pinot Noir continues to develop with age. Using the traditional method, this wine was barrel-fermented  and was aged four and a half years on the yeast before hand riddling and disgorging. This extended aging and labor intensive process helped to create a luxurious and complex sparkler with great depth. Scintillating bubbles accent the deep, rich tones of apple and walnut.
