Warm vs. Cool Vintage Seminar (Sold Out)

Jan 22, 2019 | News & Noteworthy

Saturday, March 9th – 1:30-3:30 pm

We see a “vintage” as the sum of many factors. Winter temps, budbreak, and the myriad of weather patterns and changes only begin to scratch the surface. Each harvest, our goal is to produce wines that are concurrently reflective of vintage and consistent with our estate. We find that it is often the case that our initial judgments on vintage can change as the wines themselves evolve in bottle. If you have been following our wines, vintage to vintage, then our discussion will truly be illuminating. In this seminar we take a look at vintage and compare and discuss wines from both warm and cool vintages, observing their unique qualities and characteristics. What a concept to unravel!
